Regarded as one of the more significant names in the world of metal, European metal act Cradle of Filth brought the Cryptoriana tour to the Belasco in Los Angeles on Thursday night. An ensemble not easily ignored, Cradle of Filth has brought forth marvelous and twisted story telling elements to a powerful and energetic genre once more. "Cryptoriana – The Seductiveness of Decay" is the twelfth studio album by this British extreme metal, with the subsequent tour bringing the tale to the states. The concept of this latest album infuses Victorian culture and ideology with a fascination for death and the ghoulish. Cradle of Filth is made up of mastermind Dani Filth, Richard Shaw and Ashok on guitar, Daniel Firth on bass, Martin Skaroupka on drums, and Lindsay Schoolcraft on the keys.
